I book a ticket of my family for date of 19/10/20.i my journey start from new delhi to ludhiana. But in 19 oct. The coming from naded is terminated at new delhi.so i did not trevelled thorugh this, but in till date after 2 weeks of date i did not receive my refund money back in my acoount. I booked train ticket today at 12 noon, payment successful but ticket not booked yet. They refund money on the app named ComfitmTkt wallet but there is no possibility to book ticket there. Each and every time I try they cut the payment but then the ticket not booked and they again sent the money back to the wallet. My main point is either I want confirm tickets or refund the money to my bank account as soon as possible.
