I book a ticket of my family for date of 19/10/20.i my journey start from new delhi to ludhiana. But in 19 oct. The coming from naded is terminated at new delhi.so i did not trevelled thorugh this, but in till date after 2 weeks of date i did not receive my refund money back in my acoount. I also contact many times to customer care of confirmtkt but he did not help me in any situation....

Dont use confirmtkt, they provide very poor service, i am booked train ticket through confirmtkt android app on 16 july, the ticket is conformed, then train is cancelled by govt on travelling date, they tell to me your amount is refunded in auto, but till now i did not get refund, i am contacted customer care many time but no response, not give proper response, pnr no:[protected]

Dear team,
I hv booked two ticket on 19th may and cost was 1881 rs and it was cancel automatically and refund amount is 1215 rs.

There are so many ticket booked in lockdown and huge amount has been deducted.

I hv booked ticket for 10th april and on 6th april i hv received msg related to refund that 345 rs will be refund but on 8th april i hv received that 120 rs will be refund. When i contacted ur customer care he was do rude and did not explain and disconnect my call and it was pathetic experience. I hv not done cancel my ticket as i was already aware that if i cancel the ticket complete amount will not be refund.in my confirmtkt app it is showing that 345 rs will be refund and 120 rs has been deducted. Snapshot is also attached.

I cancelled tickets with the following details pnr - [protected], confirmtkt booking id - tk14423872k83 and irctc transaction id - [protected]. I received the email that states the refund amount is rs. 2355 on october 24, 2019. On october 26, 2019 i got an email saying that rs. 234 will be credited to my account. I am getting no clue for the balance amount and none of their customer care numbers are working.

I had booked 2 railway tickets for 9th august from mangalore central to kannur and train got cancelled due to heavy rain. They messaged that it will be refunded but till now, even after 2 months i haven't received my money back. Then they send a screenshot stating refund is done and it will reflect in your account within 3 days but it's almost 3 weeks and no progress. My ticket details are as follows :-

I booked three tickets on 17 november and two tickets on 19 november by using confirmtkt app. Both are cancelled later and i got confirmation msg for my refunds on the day itself. I again got the refund process message on 20 number says that money will be get to my account with in 5 to 7 business days, till today i didn't get any money (990rs and 282). They tried to fool while iam called to customer care. Transaction id and detail put below.

I booked a bus tickets on https://bus.confirmtkt.com website dated on 26th Aug.
Just to better understand FYI. There are two cities/ town name as Chikhli. One is in Gujarat and one is in Maharashtra.

Very carefully I chose Chikhli Gujarat and there was only one boarding place so I chose that keeping mind it must be somewhere in Chikhli Gujarat.
I made the payment and I got the confirmation. It was showing onboarding Chikhli Maharashtra.

It was not my fault. its an application glitch. I had to book another ticket so I cancelled it. They deduct Rs. 900 (60% of Rs.1455)for cancallation charge.

I tried conveying the same application glitch message to them multiple times but didnt get the resolution. They are denying and saying it was my fault. I chose wrong. I have recorded the video of same scenario. I hope here is the option to attach the same.

Can you please look into the issue? Why customer bare of their faulty system.

We have booked 2 sleeper train tickets for an upcoming day from an app called 'confirmtkt', we have mentioned the option clearly & carefully 1 for side lower & another for side upper, when this app was showing 56 sleeper berths are available, money got deducted & we have got both the upper berth as a confirmed ticket.
As we wanted 1 lower berth, i immediately tried calling the no. Mentioned there in ‘help’ to check why this mistake happened but no response after several calls. I had to cancel those tickets coz i wanted 1 lower berth as mentioned & re-booked, again the app booked the same both upper berths,
This is not done, they are deducting the cancellation charges am fine with but without any pre-confirmation tickets are getting booked just like that, if you say only a few seats are available under rac or wl i can understand, but here this app is not having capability they are just cheating the customer by deducting the amount simply.
