The Train departure time was 7.30 am but train running late by 8 hour. I want file the TDR but TDR option not available at conformtkt application.
Which as "Train late by more than 3 hour"
I have attached screen recording of 2 example vdo kindly check and get back to me. I am waiting for your reply as resolution.

I have booked a ticket from this app and ticket got WL CANCELLED and amount is not refund to me yet and customer care not helping me

Amount debited from account while booking but ticket not received.
Charge is ₹145.0 but confirmtkt charged ₹183.0.
How to get refund of debited money?

I had booked one raileay ticket on Confimtkt .
We have filled the form correctly and when we received ticket we found out that wrong stations where reflecting on ticket and was charged more than double for the ticket then actual ticket charges. They are nt ready to accept their system mistake and everytime has been told that senior person will be calling back in 1 hr but no call back. Even no reply on the email which I had sent to them.

Some how was able to speak to senior person he had been forcefully stating that i have change boarding station immediately. So we generated ticket after u change boarding station and amount will remain same.
This ppl are just putting blame on customer only .
When I asked why no transaction detail for the first ticket they say we can't provide . They are not ready to send original ticket copy asper themwhch was booked and charged accordingly. I am surprise how cum no transaction detail for the amount they charged and blaming me in changing boarding location.
Asper rule each transaction detail has to be provide . Bit they say no for it.p

This company seems to be fraud and looting customer it seems .plz do not use this app. And book direct tickets on IRCTC as in my case when I had call IRCTC they said they won't be able to help out as tickets where been booked from third party app.

Both of these refunds were not sent to my bank account. But app shows status as 'Refunded'. Money was never credited in my bank account. It's been already 20 days.

I try to book my train ticket on your app 26 march 2022 bina to satna by google pay app.but some problems behalf of your app I can't book my ticket but ammount was deducted my saving account ₹1628.after some time I saw in your app payment done but not booked. The app shows fake availability of tickets booking goes through with out ticket generation. They send notification that ticket not generate d and money lying in their wallet for more than 13 days as of date
They say it's refunded but no credit is showing in bank account. They give u ARN[protected] and tell us u follow up with you bank customer care. Put u to a job for no fault of ours. Shouldn't they be giving us UPI transaction details.

I am not getting password on my email.bcoz of this I am not able to complete registration nor book the tickets

7dec2021.I want to book a railway ticket with confirmtkt app and Google pay but my ticket is not booked and my money is deducted .I call to costume care of confirmtkt but he refused and saying that he had not found my money. Where is my money ?my money is not credited in my account.I will provide tranjuction I'd (photo attached) please resolve my problem I am depressed because I am so poor...

SBI Bank Customer Care not entertain me, clearly telling regarding this matter talk with IRCTC.
IRCTC also telling, we are not responsible if any body bought ticket from third party.
Now What to do ?
will not get my money refund,
You have given me ARN no that’s enough against my refund, then why you were asking for upto date Bank Statement .
Nobody ever rely on any online transaction, if getting like bitter experience.

Now Just confirm you will credit my refund amount to my account or not.

Trains tickets are booked and paid through phonepe switch but the confirmation is not received

When I booked the ticket through confirmtkt with specific berth allotment. Unfortunately there was no berth available so ticket money was deducted from my account was 3387 and amount refunded to my wallet was 3327. So many emails and calls made no such actions taken so far to my reply. Kindly take some action against them.

I cancelled tickets and refund amounts not credited to the account

ConfirmTkt is not refunding my money Rs.2814/- which is pending in the wallet of ConfirmTkt which I have booked on mobile number [protected], not getting back my own money to me even after many calls and emails.
I have even sent an email to their C.E.O. in person, apart from the mails sent to their customer support.
They are just fooling and dodging and avoiding.

ConfirmTkt is not refunding my money Rs.2814/- even after many calls and emails.

I am fed up of the refund policy of, ConfirmTkt They are avoiding to refund money even after many calls and many emails.
What can be done next ?

If it is waitlisted and passengers are eligible in different quotas e.g. Lower birth quota (60+ age males, 45+ age females), Ladies quota (female of any age) etc.

then there is tatkal and premium tatkal quota also, that openes on previous day of train departure date.

at last if you are board the train from source station of train, then you can book ticket in current_availability quota also, that is booked online just before train departure

31 July 2021 I had book 5 th railway ticket. But due to my grand mother passaway 1st August 2021 so we are not travell .

That's the reason cancels 5th ticket but 1 tickt refund instantly but 4 amount still know not getting amount .

Railway told us they are fund had been refunded but kindly check my bank account statement where not credited that amount.

10 working days has been over so I want clarification also refund my amount other wish I will mail to top labels also consumer forums, legal court, and grievance.

31st July 2021I had buying 5 railway ticket and canceled 10th August. But your organization had initiated at 11th of August 2021.

Every ticket details given below------

One ticket value return amount 6568/-rs PNR: [protected].

But 4 ticket amount had not coming . ConfirmTkt told us they were refund all amount. Also they were customer care support team told me they are not responsible.

Last 3 days ago ConfirmTkt mail me want a bank statements where amount not credited, I had sent at same days.

Still not I am not getting amount .help me out how can I get my money .

I had booked ticket from pune to solapur of 12th sept. My bank account had been debited by Rs. 182/- but I had not received my ticket or message. I had called 3 to 4 times but nothing happened so now I want my money to be refunded.

I Just cancel my train ticket but they told my refund is successful but I not received in our Bank plz Check my bank account

the train has been cancelled by IRCTC on 30th July [protected]@2.02am Kindly update the same with app and process my refund instead of giving lame excuse that you have not been updated. I have emailed you but it seems even after 24hours telling me the same reason not updated.

I have tried to book a ticket after successful payment my ticket was not booked.

Iam booked train ticket through confirmtkt app.my money will be debited but iam not get my ticket.i want my money back.

for 1 ticket, ticket has been canceled from irctc side bcoz of waiting
confirmtkt customer care representive said we will refunded you rs 511 after deduct . but they sent me only @475/.
so i requested to every one its fraud side application, do not use this application.CONFIRMTKT APP FRAUD APPLIACTION.

My name is deepak my pnr number was [protected], the ticket was tatkal, on waiting list it was cancel by irctc side, Ticket rate was @rs 475/- but paid by me rs622/-. when i call to customer care asking for my refunding money at date of 24/03/21 they said within 2-5 waorking days you will get rs 511/-, but yesterday i receiving only rs475/-, then i call to customer care to abt my difference amount, but they said its your perfect amount . so i requested to all do not use this application its fraud appliaction, cusstomercare representing r lier.
they r cheating with customers.

The has deducted my money but didn't issue any ticket

I had tried to book tickets 3 nos in total. The amount was deducted from my side but tickets were not issued. I tried to book multiple times but "No ticket available, Transaction dropped!" Pops up. Now confirmtkt is not refunding my amount. I want my amount refunded.
