I had booked one raileay ticket on Confimtkt .
We have filled the form correctly and when we received ticket we found out that wrong stations where reflecting on ticket and was charged more than double for the ticket then actual ticket charges. They are nt ready to accept their system mistake and everytime has been told that senior person will be calling back in 1 hr but no call back. Even no reply on the email which I had sent to them.
This company seems to be fraud and looting customer it seems .plz do not use this app. And book direct tickets on IRCTC as in my case when I had call IRCTC they said they won't be able to help out as tickets where been booked from third party app. Was this information helpful? |
