Am filing this complaint against ConfirmTkt for failing to refund the coupon value used during a failed IRCTC Tatkal ticket booking. Although the booking was cancelled due to all tickets being in waitlist status, and the base fare refund was processed, the coupon/discount amount used during booking was not refunded or reissued.

Issue:
I had used a discount coupon from ConfirmTkt while booking the ticket. After the waitlisted ticket was automatically cancelled, only the base fare was refunded. The value of the coupon used has not been returned or credited back to my account. Despite contacting support, there is no resolution.

1. Immediate refund or re-credit of the unused coupon value to my ConfirmTkt wallet or original payment method.
