I had booked a Sleeper Class ticket worth ₹480, which I cancelled about 13 days before the journey. As per IRCTC rules, the cancellation charge should be ₹120, so I should have received ₹360 as refund. However, I was refunded only ₹310. I request you to kindly look into this discrepancy and refund the remaining amount.
