Continental Club Holidays — to refund the package advanced paid money

Mr rahul agrawal mr shahil given me offer for continental club member ship for 10 years. According to agreement i paid 30000 with google pay on 16/6/2019. And rest amount will pay on installments with zero percent intrest. They conmitted so many discounts and offer which are not mentioned in written agreement. They said we will send you offers through email. Account with in 2_3 days. They have not send me offer and discount latter till now and are not receiving my telephone calls. Madam neha is also not receiving my telephone call. If they are not receiving phone call then how i will get services in future. So i have send him a cancellation and refund latter on [protected]@continentalclubholidays.com on 22/6/2019. They are not responding to reminder latter also send on 6&11 july2019.
My request to authorties kindly do needful to refund the mony.
