I belong to rural punjab in village ajrawar and district patiala. I want to state that there is so called icse school of christians and they are befooling parents by increasing the no. Of books to take unscrupulous advantage of profit earned per book. They they've incresed no. Of books of every class ie for 6th class there are 22 books and its cost becomes 6000inr and same for each class.
Please suggest the way to save our money and our rights.
Also even the barring the schools by hc against sale of dresses and books in the school, the school authorities wont care and much interested in profit making rather than teaching

I, Sweta Vohra, W/O Saurabh Vohra, R/O House No. 441, Indra Nagar Colony, Dehradun, Uttarakhand is well educated, hard working and sincere citizen of India and into teaching profession from last more than 2 years.

Recently I have experienced a setback which goes clearly against our Maternity policies of Government of India. I would kindly like to inform you that I am working as an Asstt. Teacher in Seven Oaks School based at Garhicantt., Dehradun, Uttarakhand from April 2017 and currently in probation period which is for 18 Months as mentioned in my Appointment Letter.

I am happy to inform that By God’s Grace, I am in 9th Month of Pregnancy and being professional, I have informed my school management regarding my intention of taking maternity leave under Maternity Benefit Act 1961 and Maternity Benefit (Amendment Act, 2017) in April’ 2017.

On 23rd January, 2018 When I have approached again the School Management regarding my Maternity Leave, I have been told to leave the Job and issues me the letter mentioning Non Extension of my Service and ending my service effective from 30th January 2018 and moreover, the letter what they have issued today, 23rd January 2018 is having a back date mentioned i.e. 13th January 2018 which clearly shows their intention to be unfair, that too all of a sudden when I have approached them again regarding my Maternity Leave.

I have been approaching the School Management regarding same again and again but always received the negative response/unclear response, which is really stressful from me at this stage and its sort of mental harassment for me.

In my last month of Pregnancy, when I am preparing myself to give birth to my child, unfortunately I have to face this Injustice.

Now they only solution I left with is to approach all possible and concerned departments and ask for help and support to get the justice during this period when I am not medically so fit for running all around and its sort of mental harassment for me at this time of my pregnancy.

In our country, where new policies and benefits are being introduced by our government, my employer is denying to give benefit of my rights as an employee and snatching my job also which is clearly inhuman considering my medical state.

Just to avoid to give me maternity leave, which is my right as per the law, They have issued me the letter mentioning non Extension of Service quoting unreasonable concerns in performance issue that too at the 9th month of pregnancy and knowing that at this stage I am not in a condition to search for other opportunities and when school Management was well aware of my pregnancy and I have all the medical documents supporting my state.

Hope I get the justice and right for which I am very much eligible and unfortunately during this period I have to fight for my own right and hoping to get the support from our Government and System so that I can time away from the office and prepare for the birth, bond with my child and adjust to life as a new mother. This year i will give my icse 2018... But their is fault in my admit card regarding 3rd subject... It should be physical education but my mistakely it is printed as computer science.. I was reading physical education since class 9 standard now less than 1 month left how i can cop up with computer.. It is very much pressurise... So sir please help me out... Please icse help me with this... I have the result of my selection and preselection i was marked on physical education but now the school is telling me to give exam with computer science...

I have paid the charge of 750 rs, but still the request is pending from a week.
Its urgent for me to get the duplicate migration as soon as possible.
I have to take admission, and the last date is on 15th november 2017.

My son yathin shetty n has passed from icse board in 2015.

He is currently pursuing diploma program with karnataka state technical board.

We require a migration certificate from the isce board. Kindly let us know the procedure to obtain one.

We have tried the online process, it does not seem to work, there are problem while trying to register.

We require manual intervention here to register.

1. I am col b mathew, serving in army in field area. I am writing this complaint regarding the serious flouting of guidelines set by cbse board, to be followed by affiliated schools, by marygiri public school, koothattukulam (Cbse affiliation no:930194). My cousin's daughter is studying in the said school in cl-1. (Front page of the school digest is attached).
2. I am writing this complaint seeing the severe stress and trauma being faced by my cousin's daughter, as the parents are worried about writing a complaint, due to their fear of the child being targeted by the school.
3. The school, flouting the guidelines issued by the cbse, not to prescribe study material from private publishers, have given gk study material for cl-1&2 students, from a private publisher - "the cordova publications pvt ltd". The parents are forced to buy this publication for cl-1 students gk exam, which is totally against the guidelines of cbse. The gk questions of cl-1 are based on this publication, which are very tough and far above the standard of even a high school student, putting those little school children and their parents to severe stress and anguish! The school is conducting gk test for cl-1 students every month, to ensure that the parents are forced to buy this publication regularly!
4. The school management is refusing to change their stance of sticking to this publication for these little children's gk test, even after numerous complaints from the parents. Such questions to a cl-1 student in the name of gk test are ridiculous. Are we making education an enjoyable experience for such young minds, or making them scared of study/education and schools, in their life?! The child is so scared of the tests that she is just crying and refusing to go to the school, putting the parents also in stress. (I am attaching a copy of this publication - "the cordova today" of july edition and also the gk test paper copy of the child). The school has prescribed books from pvt publishers for other subjects and other classes also. The weight of the school bag of these little children is so heavy, even a high school student will find it difficult to carry.
5. The school is also employing teachers who have not even passed ctet, as prescribed by ncte, but are employing unqualified teachers, as per the whims and fancies of the school management, against the guidelines of cbse. The school has made education a shameful business, instead of helping the students in learning, stamping on the rights of the little children and vilifying the system of education.
6. I request the concerned authorities in cbse to look in to these serious issues, which is severely affecting the little children adversely, making learning a horrible experience for them, instead of making it an enjoyable event, at such small age.

Cieling fans are not working at classrooms of st francis school amritsar and issue already escalated to principal but no luck. As per principal there is an low voltage issue at school but dg sets are not operational during low voltage issue. Children are fainting some times due to access heat. They charged annually generater fees but generater not operational during school hours. Pls help.

I have the xerox of my 10th 12th marksheet, i also have the pass certificate which has grades written in it. But i have lost the marksheet on 10th and 12th standard. I want to submit in university. Is it fine if i submit the xerox and not the original scanned copy. And can i do this in future too. Wherever i apply. If i can sustain on xerox copy than is it fine if i don't have the original one. Cause i have original pass certificate.

I am an ex student of st. John's high school, howrah. I passed my isc exam in 1st div from this school. When i went to the above mentioned school to say that i need a tc from the school in order to get admission in a college, i was told that i will have to pay 500 rupees for the tc (Transfer certificate) and 250 rupees for migration certificate. Now my question is, is this a mandate for all the schools under your board to charge money for a tc and a mc? I havent heard of schools charging money for a tc. Your kind intervention in this matter is requested at the earliest.

Sir, this is to inform you that i have applied for recheck in cisce for class 12 for 2 subjects and the amout is rs1000 but actually they had deducted rs4000 for 2 subjects and they didnt refund it back. I have contacted them around 50 times no amount has been refunded back yet. Please kindly take step against them. They dont even take care of refunding it back. They dont even pick any call from us.

I am a student of st. Xavier’s senior secondary school, durg, from batch 2015 - 16. I wanted to appear for the icse board improvement examination for mathematics of class 12th. I filled and submitted the desired form at my school on 7th september 2016 under the guidance of my school teachers [removed] (Physics & mathematics teacher) and [removed] (Principal). The form was then handed over to the principal.
I followed up for updates on the completion of my registration process and for reception of the admit card twice with the principal in december 2016 and february 2017. Both the times, i was told that i would receive my admit card on the day of the examination.
The mathematics examination was scheduled on 15th march 2017 (2 pm to 5 pm) at st. Xavier’s senior secondary school, durg. There, i was not given my admit card and was informed that i was not registered with the board as i had surpassed registration deadline, which was not the case.
My registration number at the school is [removed] and my unique id is [removed].
I am willing to complete my examination on any future date this year itself as provided by the board or my school.
Failing to give this examination, will cost me another year and greatly impact my entire career.
I thus earnestly request you to kindly look into the matter and help me obtain an alternate date for my mathematics improvement examination.

I had my registeration in 2012 in an icse medium school and during that registeration process my date of birth went wrong. I did not pay attention to it but lately i have been facing a lot of trouble as many of my official documents are stuck because of that wrong birth date. So is there any way through which i can get it changed because it is creating a lot of trouble and my other documents could not be verified because. Of this issue.
Also many very very important documents and files are on hold only because of this mistake.
Please please look into the matter as it is very urgent and provide me the solution as soon as possible. I will be very greatful it you help me out with the same. Thank you
