I had paid INR 35, 350 on 12th Nov 2022, and become member of country club, they had told me they do have lots of hotel properties around the all the places in India, and whenever I ask for hotel booking, they say we are sold out rooms are not available, or they say we do not have properties in that place. I need my 35, 350 refunds kindly help me to get this amount back

Hi i have purchased a plot and membership with Country club during 2008 -09 and a plot was registered on my name during later years . As i can see there plotting was not in the venture allotted . As its more than 10 plus years they have not shown us the land even after repeated requests.

We got a call around 25/11/2022 that we have been selected for free dinner and holiday for couple based on our purchase of Tata Nexon.
We reached IBIS Hotel in DLF Phase 5 at 8pm on 28.11.2022.
We were offered many schemes and this wnt on till 10pm late in night.We kept on showing our non interest and used technique to tire us out. Being senior citizens we could not resist their so call trial offer of Rs53, 611/ VALID FOR THAT...

We have taken this membership in March 2018 and paid Rs 65000 for this. Our membership number is CCDL248V5LB29369. After that we have paid 5 years annual maintenance also at one go as they offered some scheme for this. From that time we could use holidays just for one time as most of the time they have no rooms available (sold out) and during COVID times we couldn't use them.

Now anytime we try to book they ask Rs 1500/ day...

Refer to the attachment of email where country club have confirmed to provide 5 years free AMC by payment of their desire. I have made payment as per their email, however, they have updated only 3 years instead of 5 years based on the commitment in trailing mail.

These guys lure you with all marketing gimics they can while giving you an option to exit/sell your membership if you are not satisfied, however on contrary once membership is taken and fees is taken by them neither the manager answers the call nor you get the amenities and other things as promised. It's the worst club with worst employees who only think of their own incentives by falsifying the customers with various benefits and services....

We took the country vacation membership in June 2020. While taking the membership country vacation team stated that we can utilize the membership within the country wherever the country vacation office is available. We specifically asked if there is any office at Vijayawada location as it is our hometown and thought we can utilize it. They firmly said it is there and we can use it with our membership cards.
