    Country Club Viman Nagar Pune fraud

    On Monday 20 March 2023, I recived a call from Afrin Khan and she told me that I won the lucky draw out of 10 contestant and I am the 2nd winner, her mobile number is "[protected]". I asked her multiple times about any payment do I need to pay and multiple time she told me that I should not require to pay any amount during received my gifts.

    I was mentally harassed by country club sales man Shehzad khan (emp code - CVPUFC3392) and Rizwan by providing false information about the country club's resort and gym membership in January 2023 at Viman Nagar, Pune office . They charged 6K extra on the membership amount which is 150, 000 and during the transaction they told me that the transaction is done with no EMI cost and they will bear the extra amount charged. Now they are denying on their words.
    Also, the hotels mentioned by them which they call their owned properties and no longer owned by them. I chase them daily to get information since I have purchased the membership.

      FRAUD fraud fraud. never take membership with them

      I received a call from shyamala (+91 [protected]) on 23/02/2023 saying that i had won a prize but in order to claim it, it was mandatory that i should attend a presentation along with my spouse. She said i have won 5000rs gift voucher, free holiday accommodation voucher worth of rs.25000 (without paying single rupee). first she was not said anything about the company name and exact adress.
      She said "Begumpet and metro pillar no 1400".
      i decided it's fraud. But for complaining about this, i don't have any adress and name of the company. So i decided to know the exact adress of frauds. But I'm very far to hyderabad. I said to my friend to go that pillar no 1400, begumpet.
      Then i call to fraud and said I'm at pillar number 1400. She said go to "country club, second floor". And my friend went to second floor. There is a office type, looking like a travels.
      Then i said to my friend leave that office.
      Then i searched related to these type of frauds. Then i found exact type of complaint in "consumer complaints of india" website. That complaint said, If we went to their adress they asked to take the membership of country club and then those lucky draw coupons are ready to avail.
      I'm complaining about this because it will saves people time and money.

        I took a membership of Country Club on 24/October/21 by paying Rs.60350/-.
        When I tried to book Stay I was asked to remit Rs. 14110/- ( Rs. 7080/- as AMC
        for Oct 2021 - Oct 2022 and Oct 2022 - Oct 2023).This was not informed to me at the time of signing the Application. The only they told additional facilities can be availed by paying Rs. 6500/- and it is not compulsory.
        As I have been cheated I request to surrender my membership and refund the amount paid by me.

We pain Omani Rial 8000 = Indian Rupees 1661707.528 ( Approximately Sixteen Lac sixty two thousand rupees ). We got one 43 inch TV as gift and offer to stay at some vacation home once rest of time always booked and always asking maintenance cost. When we want to look for Plot no 1558 &

            Hi,

            I took a vacation plan of 1.01 lac in 2018 and immediately i asked to be opted out of the plan. I informed within 3 days which is inline to their policy of 7 days. Still i have not received my refund and they are constantly asking me to wait. for 4 years they have been writing same email to me and not giving my refund of 22k which i paid to them as first installment

                I had paid INR 35, 350 on 12th Nov 2022, and become member of country club, they had told me they do have lots of hotel properties around the all the places in India, and whenever I ask for hotel booking, they say we are sold out rooms are not available, or they say we do not have properties in that place. I need my 35, 350 refunds kindly help me to get this amount back

                  I want to complaint regarding your agent Suvarna V. for not being professional and not replying my request and confirming the offer that was promise to me to have food voucher after paying my AMC. Eric Espinueva
                  PLDX930LKL5752 this is my membership number. Suvarna V. told me before to email him if ever I will book for holiday in 7across and provide my food voucher but until now to feedback. I want to have my holiday on July 2023. If country club will not fulfill their promise better to refund my AMC and my membership payment. I will escalate this to your higher authority for negligence. My AMC was paid until 2028.

As i can see there plotting was not in the venture allotted . As its more than 10 plus years they have not shown us the land even after repeated requests.

                        Dear Sir/Madam
                        In the year 2017, I purchased country club membership for five years. My membership number was CCMU38V5LB57596. I have Paid all AMC for five years...
                        Now those five years are over and i do not want to continue this membership..
                        I am getting phone call for AMC and extension..
                        Very clearly I am declaring here that it was five years membership and now i do not want to continue..
                        Country club officer are requested to take a note of this matter and remove my details/number from their calling list. Also expecting email from the country club that membership is over and in future no correspondence will be done from company side.
                        Hope action will be taken on this request..

                          We got a call around 25/11/2022 that we have been selected for free dinner and holiday for couple based on our purchase of Tata Nexon.
                          We reached IBIS Hotel in DLF Phase 5 at 8pm on 28.11.2022.
                          We were offered many schemes and this wnt on till 10pm late in night.We kept on showing our non interest and used technique to tire us out. Being senior citizens we could not resist their so call trial offer of Rs53, 611/ VALID FOR THAT DATE ONLY. This odd amount how it was arrived at was not explained. They got funds transferred thru ONLINE thru Debit Card.
                          They came with another offer to pay top amount to increase package to Rs2.10 lakhs. Seeing we were not interested gave a discount of Rs70, 000/ to my wife being a doctor, (false bait). We refused to pay citing not sufficient funds. They cam UP with another scheme just pay Rs10, 000/ and balance we can pay tomorrow.
                          Next morning we read comments and were shocked at the harassment faced by previous members. Looking at seqence of events I immediately asked for total refund.Many e, mails have been exchanged till gate. They say amount paid is non refundable, a condition now where mentioned.Hardly any documents /brochures have been given. I am planning to lodge police complaint after 15.12.2022.
                          Following documents are on record:
                          1.Club Card No CM/10/2022/2128,
                          2.Certificate of Loyalty Card
                          3.Approval form dated 28.11.2022 with personal details filled in

                            We have taken this membership in March 2018 and paid Rs 65000 for this. Our membership number is CCDL248V5LB29369. After that we have paid 5 years annual maintenance also at one go as they offered some scheme for this. From that time we could use holidays just for one time as most of the time they have no rooms available (sold out) and during COVID times we couldn't use them.

                            Now anytime we try to book they ask Rs 1500/ day as utility charges on any booking. While taking policy they told us we will not have to pay any other charges and now they are compulsorily charging Rs. 1500 day.

                            it is a complete fraud. I need refund of my money.

                              I am Raghava Reddy.
                              I have paid Rs. 50000 (excluding interest due to their false promise of 0% EMI) for membership in country club Hyderabad on 02 June 2016. The amount has been pain through my credit card.
                              Membership No. CVHYD6TCLUB221263

                              Its a same scam they trapped many people, they called me and said that we won some holiday vouchers and other gifts. told like we are required to attend a presentation and they asked me to come with my partner, do not let you use mobile or internet and expect you to make decision on the spot.

                              They just utilized their skills and gave many promises to convince us at that time.

                              Only few points I will mention here what they told us to take membership:

                              - We will get vacation every year through out India (like 3 nights/4days)
                              - We can use their infrastructure, facilities, gyms, swimming pools, attend events/parties etc
                              - Using the party hall in country club / country vacation with free of cost
                              - Free passes for the special events that are organized or happening in your clubs
                              - I can get food coupons and movie vouchers etc.
                              - If I don't want or didn't like membership, told that they will transfer my membership or cancel it. they will collect only the processing fees.

                              Unfortunatly I have taken the membership but after that nothing was there in real, we never used any service or infrastructure, facilities, gyms, swimming pools, attend events/parties etc.
                              except we used only one complementary holiday which they provided on first year of membership.

                              Later I have had called to that sales person and his manager lot of times (Sumanth - [protected] and Vijay - [protected]) initially they told me they will look into it after sometime they started ignoring me and not responding my calls and switching off mobiles like that.
                              these things happened on[protected]. after few months I transferred to Chennai and I just have these two people contact number and country club number, no one responding don't know what to do. so I just leave it and continuing my work.

                              Today now I got call Country club and asking to pay AMC fee pending from 6years which I never used single time. really frustrated. Because they have my money of 50000 (paid interest as well due to their false promise of 0% EMI) and I was asking and did many follow ups to refund my amount that time no one responded, now these people again came to me and asking to pay pending annual fee. looks like these country club people motive is to harass common people all the time.

                              Kindly please look into this issue and do the needful and help me to get my refund amount back please.

                                AMC Charges taken for 5 years and given 3 years
