Dear Sir, Member information: Name - TAPAS KUMAR DALAI Merchant Name :- County Vacation Registered Emailed - dalai.[protected]@gmail.com Register Mobile No - [protected] Membership ID - 199784 (as per your executive told me) Taken membership date[protected] Total Lost amount - Rs.1, 30, 000 I am have been experiencing this immense pain caused by these fraudsters country vacation. let me explain the situation.On 9th of may they called me and told that we have been selected for a gift and lucky coupon for free 7 days accommodation's in any hotel within India after reached there they gave a long presentation about their membership like I will get the best of club amenities and luxurious traveling for peanuts, the greediness in me has taken over the reasoning And, they force me to take membership of the CV for just 65, 000 and They came with a Bond paper where they had written about the money is non refundable. when i asked for sometime to think about this membership, They told me to believe on AIRDA's rule from govt of india ' there clearly written if a customer is not happy with service within 10 days of cooling period of time he can reject the membership and get his money back they also told me the same thing as per AIRDA. They shown me AIRDA code of ethics. Finally i agree and purchased. After one day only i came to know all their plan after came across a bitter situation Explaining below. I purchased their membership cost of 65, 000 but they swiped two times of 65000 + 65000 from my credit card and when i confronted with them on this matter, why they swipe it two times and neither they ask for signature on pay slip nor they provided the merchant slip to me. slowly i noticed whatever they promised me that they are not going to provide at all. and immediately i sent a email to their customer care service to cancel the membership within 3 days of taken membership and also i informed about this incident to bank also. so far i didn't get any response form country vacation. Below are reasons i want to cancel Country vacation membership Wrong commitments/ False promises 1) As per AIRDA Govt of india's rule i sent a email to cancel the membership withing 10 days but they not responded so far. 2) Goods not delivered as per commitments, it has passed 67 days of time till now i have not received the membership card and brochure as they told me to deliver within 5 days. i purchase their membership as per my requirement on that time but till now also they have not deliver the membership card also even many reminder to them. 3) They told about interest free EMI on my cards but actually there is not interest free as per bank. 4) the complementary service ex(locally 3 days of vacation in hyderabad) they told me to provide but they didnt, and they are saying now its paid on the name of service tax which is a meaningless equal to hotel cost. but they not provided yet 5) They told me 7 night 6 days vacation every year and they informed what ever promise they made to me that will come in the welcome kit. till now there is no welcome kit i have received. 6) They told me 30years membership free but later they told me renewal fees cost of 10, 000 per year. 7) Their Central Customer care is not helping on any queries. 8) Till now i have not taken/Accepted any of their service. Sir, sincerely i am asking one thing how it is possible one merchant selling with non refundable agreement, at least it should not be in case of tourism and affairs of our country. Not only me there thousands of innocent people cheating by country vacation and lost their money daily and it happening all over India. so far i have recovered my 65, 000 from them and remaining 65K is pending with them. We are sending more than 2000 members every month for holidays across our properties and exchange partner properties. Yearly approx. we are sending more than 30000 members and more than 1 lakh room nights are allotted to members.

Never sign on documents...read carefully...people be alert... don't waster your money & time..you will be locked once sign...
