Courtesy Honda — new car breakdown

Hi Honda Team,
I have bought Honda Amaze (DL3CCP9273) on Oct 2018 and today (5th June 2019) within 6 months, it's breakdown when I was coming home from a meeting. I have called your helpline[protected] they said they can't help as I am not a registered user of 24/7 helpline, but I believe they have to support or provide any possible help.
I tried to take help from nearby mechanics but they advised go to Honda as it's a new car.
Kindly advice for next steps
