[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — 3 months and pending refund from cox and kings | |
Dear team, we travelled with cox and kings on 13th dec to italy and when we reached there, we realised that they have not booked a tour for us and hence they asked us to pay and cox and kings will refund when they are back to india. We have been following since then, even placed on twitter and facebook but there is no resolution from their end. We demand our 52 euros at the rate of 85 inr which they charged at the time of booking and also additional compensation for mentally harassing us and wasting so much time and effort. Their fit specialist kunal kotak was so rude this while that he even said that money will be transferred to our account not to his account that we are following up. We need immediate action on this.
