[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — advance payment for tour booking | |||
The company had asked for advance payment of rs.14000 for booking of our tour package. After making payment we asked for confirmation of our booking but they did not provide us. As it was getting late for us to wait we asked for our refund as we booked somewhere else. Instead of refunding our amount they said they will sue us for the rest of the amount. A guy named suraj was there with whom we had this conversation. We have attached a screenshot of payment made to the company. We want our money back as this is sheer fraud. Manish gulyani Email.
