I booked a packaged for thailand on 28th february. I paid amount of ₹80000, but due to increase in rates of air flights from your side, we had to pay around ₹38400 more to get our flights booked. This rate was not at all good for us so we cancelled the trip and we were told that we will get full refund back but despite being a problem from your side we were charged ₹2400 as our cancellation fees. And even after that it has been8 days and i have just recieved the refund of ₹7600 from your side and haven't received ₹70000 yet. Why do you think i will pay ₹2400 for cancellation please i want my full refund because it has been already 8 days. I hope you don't maintain the same reputation of treating your customer well.
