[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — cancellation of europe package without giving any alternative | |
Cox and kings has cancelled our europe tour package in less than 30 days from our departure day. They did not give any alternative date or package and kept us helpless. We never expected that we will not get any alternative from cox and kings. It was very tough for us to book any alternative tour in less time period and we had to cancel our plan. It was both monetary and emotional torchure for us. Also contacting them was a problem and got responses very late. The payment process was very easy but to get the money back was a long process and took 7 days for the refund. Was this information helpful? | |
