[Resolved]  Cox & Kings India — cox & kings india holiday package cashback not received

We booked a honeymoon package "marvels of europe" through cox & kings.

It was informed to us regarding the offer on hdfc card i. E. 10% cashback if i pay 80, 000 through hdfc card. I have done a transaction of rs. 80, 000/- through my hdfc card on 12/10/2018 and as per your terms and conditions the cashback would reflect in my account after 3 months/90 days.
The deadline for cashback has expired if it is from date of transaction/ date of travel.
Bank says the merchant have not listed my card for cashback offer, however merchant says they have already processed it. I m attaching screen shot of the emails from merchant and the bank.

I would like to bring it to your notice that i have not received the cashback of rs 8000/- yet.
