[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — no confirmation on flight tickets and hotel room for maldives after paying 70, 000 inr | |||
I was called by vijay arora from cox and kings regarding my maldives package. Costing around 1.4lac i made the payment only after getting confirmation of room availability from vijay on 12th march 2019, i paid him 20000 initially and later 50000 inr. From that day itself i have nit received any confirmation from his end. After 100s of attempts of followup from my end, what vijay told me is that the flights have been booked and the backend team will send me the package coupans. Now this mr vijay arora neither replies to the emails not gives callback. This is such a worse customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
