[Resolved] Cox & Kings India — Refund not recd | |||||
My refund of rs.12000 appx still not recd for tickets cancelled from mumbai to delhi on 3rd june 2017, despite of many many reminders sent by me to akshita dubey of cox and kings, delhi office cox, neither she is replying. At the time of cancelling the tickets jet airways representative told me that i will be getting refund of rs.12000 appx on 3 tickets, but the refund will be recd by me from cox and kings as the tickets were booked through them. Since then i m reminding akshita dubey for the same but neither she has refunded my money nor replying to me. Sending legal notice also.
