[Resolved]  CPP Group India — amount deducted in spite of deactivation

I am following up with cpp since 09th june 2019 with regards to refund on my deactivated plan for cpp.
Details as follows":

The conversation started with sumeet sharma on 09th june 2019 where i explained him that the amount has been deducted from my bank account on my deactivated plan. However, he was unable to help and told me to put up an email on cpp email id.
I emailed all the details on their email id however, this was not attended and no email revert received inspite of putting so many reminder to them.
As on 22nd june 2019 i got connected with ranveer, who was able to tell me that i need to resend the bank statement as email team can't see dates on the attachment send.
I resend the attachment in two forms a) pdf b) jpg and today as on 24th june 2019 i got confirmation from ajay (Cso) that they have received an email attachment however, a call will be arranged from backend team. I think backend team works on their whims and fantasies and give call as per their convenience.
Adding to it, i have sent my membership copy, registered mobile number, bank statement copy on email. Still i just can't understand why the team is unable to process refund?
I want my refund as soon as possible of rs. 1999/- which has been debited by cpp and they seem to be not interested in refunding the amount.
Today i was able to speak floor supervisor - dipesh yadav and senior floor supervisor - harish and they were just unable to help and kept on repeating that"call back will be arranged". Out of which senior floor supervisor used amazing trick in keeping the blame over to customer that customer's phone was disconnected on account of network issue and he just kept on saying continuously"am i audible to you" and nothing more.
However, from last 8 days i am just waiting for call back.
I need your help in getting my money back. This is just not happening.
