[Resolved] CPP Group India — cpp giving no response for my cancellation of membership. clear fraud | |||
I want to discontinue my CPP card protection for which the amount automatically gets debited from my Credit Card account every year on Dec 31st. I am not getting any response from CPP India for cancellation and removal of auto debit. I called them several times and also email them many times but they are not giving any confirmation of cancellation. When I called ICICI customer service (representative name was Sujata Tiwari ). She first asked me to let the amount get debited and then will deactivate the membership. I really got frustrated because why should I pay the amount if I don't wish to renew. ICICI is just interested to take the money in advance and then cancel the service. I told her that I am not going pay that money, its an advance payment and I don't wish to renew. Please stop my auto debit. She took the compliant but did not give me any CONFIRMATION #. I am sure she was fooling me. I want someone to look into this matter as soon as possible otherwise I will close the credit card account and eventually close all my accounts with ICICI. This is a clear fraud and worst ICICI and CPP India's customer service. Was this information helpful? | |||
