This is pertaining to he claim sent to CPP of an online bank fraud happened. I have sent all the required documents asked by CPP through mail and courier as well. Intimated about the same to them on mail but I never get a revert. From last one week I am trying to explain the same to the customer care that I have shared the courier details with them on mail and need an acknowledgement for the same. I got the following responses every time I called them.
1. Courier department has not informed us about your docs (on being produced the courier details).
2. Mail department Has not reverted on your mails(On being asked on confirmation on the queries)
3. We cannot give any acknowledgement on this complaint and will call you in 48 hours( call which customer never receives).
Have all the details of the courier received by CPP on 11th of November, but they are not even ready to acknowledge that they receive the documents.
Disappointed with the unprofessional attitude from the company, somehow it feels that the processes are so designed to escape the liability of the claims. Was this information helpful? |
