I had cancelled my membership in 2017 after the first incident of them debiting money from my account without my consent. I received the refund then after several weeks. On 9th january 2019, they deducted money (2049 inr) without my consent, even though i am not a member anymore. After which i called their customer service, who repeatedly asked for my membership number and told me they cannot help me as i am not a member.
I have never seen such unprofessional behaviour from a company. I fail to understand how they can deduct money from my account even after i cancelled my membership with them.
I want my refund of 2049 inr and cancellation of my membership. I do not want anything to do with your card protection services. Was this information helpful? |

I received Statement of my SBI Credit Card Transaction of Rs .1649/- made on SBI credit card [protected] at CPP assistance. But I am not aware for this unauthorized payment. So I request you to please reverse my charges of Rs 1649/- on my SBI Credit Card account debited as on date 17/12/2018
