[Resolved]  CPP Group India — I'm complaining about my mobile insurance claim

Like bollywood movie "omg" they are rejects my mobile claim one silly reason. They are asking job sheet number but service center not providing that. When i asked about that to bajaj agent he says "rules are changed now". Bajaj and cpp and vivo no one solve my problem. As a lower middle class person i suffered by them. And now i want complaint against cop, bajaj, vivo. I send my damaged mobile to cpp they can check what happened to my mobile but why are you people asking for job sheet number.

I have called customer care & mailed for cancellation of card protection plan that is started one week ago by mistake. Rs 1699 is already deducted from my card for that. But executive do not cancel it immediately rather he is telling to cancel it on renewal day so that i dont get the refund.
