My name is jignesh fro vadodara gujarat. My membership id is:- im2393181 Cpp team has rejected my claim saying i have mentioned date before incident. The guy from local shop filled out all the details for me. I met with an accident on 13/feb/2019 and my phone was also damaged. I have submitted all the supporting documents to local branch. It has already been 4 months now. If you can not provide me proper resolution kindly cancel my fone safe insurance policy, membership id is:- im2393181 immediately.
