[Resolved]  CPP Group India — Non-refund of the cancelled Membership charges.

I was given CPP membership along with my sbi credit card. My cpp membership was due for renewal on 31st July 2020. My cpp membership number was IA4867982. I didn't wanted to continue the cpp membership further. But the cpp membership was automatically renewed without being informed to me and the membership amount of 2499 Rs was deducted from my SBI credit card account on 7th august 2020. Then i had applied for the cancellation of my cpp membership. My CPP membership has been cancelled on 12th august 2020. I was told that your membership amount of rs. 2499 will be refunded in the credit card account within 7 days. But the amount has not been refunded yet. I called cpp india customer care services multiple times but they are saying that the amount has already been refunded but the amount is not reflected in my SBI credit card statement. The SBI credit card statement is attached here. CPP Group India customer support is only doing enquiry and not giving definite answer.
