[Resolved] CPP Group India — privacy security flaw and asset care unable to deliver welcome kit. | |
A few months back during finance, i bought 2 years extended warranty for my washing machine from cpp asset care. Since then they are unable to deliver my welcome kit. After raising many complaints, they only said this "we have forward your complaint to concern department & you will get your documents within 10 days". But it is almost 2 months now, i didn't receive anything. Every time they courier my document via professional courier and without even attempting to deliver they just sent back to origin don't know why. And today, i received a call from an anonymous gentle lady stating, she has received my documents on her mail. How can an insurance company send my personal belonging to someone else without my concern? This is a privacy flaw. Hoping any solution from this forum for my concerns.
