I have sent e-mails repeatedly regarding the cancellation of the card protection plan, but no action was taken. I have stopped my credit card and it is no longer active. Since the card is not active and there was no prior intimation of the transaction that was going to happen transaction of 2199 failed.
For your ref my id was ia1576126. This very annoying to keep sending e-mail very 2 months and see no action has been taken.
I see you have mentioned in earlier thread that you called but were unable to reach and asked me to call on helpline number. It's very difficult to get to the operator to talk. The automated message loops and asks credit card number. As i described earlier the card is no long active and i have destroyed it. You may call back again. I have not seen any comment after this on the earlier complaint so submitting this afresh. Was this information helpful? |
At 26 March 2019, I have recevied CPP Card Protection and Rs 1699 SBI credit Card but i am not aware for this unauthorized payment. Please reverse my 1699 SBI Credit Card Account.
