Cred — Incorrect tracking details in App

There was no proper update of delivery in Cred app of the above mentioned product.

I tried the contact us option but it has limitations options and I was unable to communicate with any Cred Representative.

As last option I had to check the status on Blue Dart's website. The details are mentioned below.

I call Blue Dart's customer service and the inform me that the product is leaking and the same has been informed to Cred. Hence waiting for their response.

If the same thing had been informed by Cred on 4th a lot of time would have been saved and I would be in a better position to take a decision.

Cred should share proper updates and should also have a customer care representation.
