I have made a transactions on 1st November 2023 in which payment of Rs.47658 on 1st November 2023 through CRED app for my ICICI credit card is not credited. Payment has been made from my ICICI savings account using UPI via CRED app - Till today 09.11.2023, it is NOT credited to my Credit card.

There was a un authorized transection has done by CRED from my Sbi Bank credit card on 26/09/2023. Money deducted from my account Rupees 1167 without my permission. My Payment is deducted through CRED IN for rupees of 1167 on 26/09/2026.

We initiated the Airtel prepaid payment of ₹155 to +91 [protected] on 21st Oct 2023, but the recharge was still not updated. But the amount was debited from my account. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible. I have waited till 24 hours to reflect the recharge.

I recently made a payment through CRED for my credit card, and while the payment was debited from my account, the transaction ultimately failed on the CRED side. To my dismay, the refunded amount has been transferred to an unknown person's account.

Received a flat Rs. 175/- cashback reward on recharging for VI from the rewards page on cred app.

As per our last discussion, you were supposed to either clear my overdue amount of my HDFC credit card payment of Rs.54, 459/- or to make refund of Rs.54, 495/- + overdue charge in my source payment account within 48hrs.
