Dear Sir/Madam, My Name is ALIGINTI KARUNAKAR, i am a customer of ICICI Credit card. I did one mobile recharge transaction with Rs.666 for +91-[protected]-JIO Number, at that time the transaction is Failure. (By third-party transfer Dreamplug Technologi, Bangalore) through Cred app on[protected], with serial number:[protected]. After a few days I made a call to ICICI customer care, I requested them to refund my money Rs.666, on 13th December, 2023 Rs.666 credited (Interim charges) back to my account. Again on 1st January, 2024 Rs.666 is deducted from my credit card. After that again I called customer care, to refund my money. Without a successful transaction, why are you again deducting my money from my credit card? So, Please consider my request and do the needful for me. If you do not solve this problem, I will make a complaint to the ICICI Bank Ombudsman Committee.

    Incorrect tracking details in App

    Brand: Jivika Organics
    Product: Cold Pressed Sesame Oil

    There was no proper update of delivery in Cred app of the above mentioned product.

    I tried the contact us option but it has limitations options and I was unable to communicate with any Cred Representative.

    As last option I had to check the status on Blue Dart's website. The details are mentioned...

      I have been following up with them since 15-Nov-2023.
      This refund they have received from HDFC life policy of my wife Darshna chetwani

            I Omkar Lokhande done the recharge amount of 2999.00 rs through CRED app towards airtel prepaid recharge( mob number -[protected])and having the transaction id PU013331MS6SZUU78116 dated 27 Nov 23 and order id VQ5038L922LX. The amount has been debited from my account having account number [protected] and having transaction/ Ref id[protected]. The recharge was not done by the Third party app that is CRED and they refused to do the refund and told me that they have raised concern to the internal team of CRED and they will solve the issue accordingly but i want the refund with the interest from 27 Nov 23 and upto the case resolve time period. I have also registered a complaint CRED help portal having Ticket no 10670137

              Cred Pay UPI amount debited but the merchant did not receive the amount

              Why the amount is credited into Google pay account instead merchant account. reverse the amount asap.

                They Delayed My Credit Card Payment (Order ID WR4VVO5VJ4) Which I Made By UPI And I Was Charged Hefty Late Payment And Interest Charges Amount To Rs 9302.98 From My Bank. As Per CREDs Policy They Are Supposed To Refund All The Late And Interest Payment Charges To Me Since It's They're Fault But They Have Been Taking Me On A Ride For Months Asking For Written Statement From The Bank And What Not. Even After Providing All Proofs They Are Not Willing To Refund Me The Charges.

                  Amount is debited from my account and its not refunded

                  Hi Team,

                  I have done payment for Bank of Baroda on Dec 3 amount of Rs 75823, 86 . Order ID : LP624JQ3NE .Here amount is debited from my account and it’s got failed, But refund is initiated and it’s not credited to my account . Please check and update soon .

                      Two Wheeler Insurance Not Issued From Past One Month

                      Have taken a two wheller Insurance From CRED platform. The Insurance provider was ICICILombard. Due to a glitch in app I was and I am not able to update the KYC. Hence raised a issue and they asked me to send the Adhar Card for KYC. I brought the Insurance on Oct 26 2023 and sent all requested documents in mail but today it's Nov 22 2023 and still no updates from CRED and no replies to my multiple follow ups. When I do get a call from support they say we are from Credit Card department an can't help on this. No replies to any of my mail still now, attaching the xommunication below.

                        I have paid the credit card bill amount on dtd 8-11-23 vide utr no. IN6BT23110810DLH through CRED APP. against that we have paid below mention amount to Cred.

                        But after 6 days that amount is not credited in amex card account (confirmed by Customer care).

                        request to resolve the issues as soon as possible and refund the amount.

                          - 13th September 2023. The number from Nua / Cred has got spread everywhere and now frausters are calling. Here is the name of the fraudster and she has two phone numbers and a group of women with her - [protected]. She calls herself as Chanchal Sharma.another number is [protected]

                          I have made a transactions on 1st November 2023 in which payment of Rs.47658 on 1st November 2023 through CRED app for my ICICI credit card is not credited. Payment has been made from my ICICI savings account using UPI via CRED app - Till today 09.11.2023, it is NOT credited to my Credit card.

                          Amount - 47658
                          ORDER ID - Q96Z3DDL1X2
                          UTR Number - AXNFC[protected]
                          Transaction Type- UPI via CRED

                          I have contacted ICICI bank customer care they clearly stated that one payment with amount 47658 was not credited to CREDIT CARD and need to check with CRED support.

                          CRED App is still showing as payment successful and showing as fully paid in CRED app whereas the payment is not reflected in my ICICI Credit card statement. Support is very poor over mail or App. It is unnecessarily giving torture and restless to consumer's. Kindly do the needful either pay it to CREDIT Card account or refund it

                              Urgent Payment Issue No Resolution in Sight
