I have paid my electricity bill through CRED UPI app on 4th of January 2024 at 02.23 pm. The payment is shown successful in the app.
This payment is not received by WBSEDCL, they have tried several times but not received it through BILLDESKX payment gateway but it's still pending, and they have informed me that the payment is not done. Though the amount is debited from my account on the same day of the payment but its not done.
I am not getting any support or help from CRED UPI app. Please do help and look into this matter. ASAP. Its urgent as my payment is overdue and I have to pay penalty if it's not done within time to WBSEDCL.
I am hereby attaching all the screenshot and communication.

    Someone has used my tele no /cred account on cred to purchase goods worth Rs337.00 on delightful gourmets on delightful gourmet via lazypay on ...21-Jan 2024.
    As I can see on your app... I have not made any such transaction on 21-01-24. Please look into the matter and take remedial action.

      I had paid through CRED APP of icici credit due payment balance of Rs.41, 200/- on 6 feb 2024 but it is still processing. Please do this as early as possible. this will effect of my credit score. do this needfull.

          I would like to inform you that my cred app is wasting my money on ECS and this was the second time they debited 450/- from my account. Currently my bank balance is insufficient and hoping for further enquiries regarding the same issue. Kindly inform me on the issue.

            I had made a payment from cred to pay school fees of my sister, the amount got debited from my account, but after a week the school informed they never received the payment. when i went back on cred to check what happened, It showed the transaction had failed and the amount was credited back to my account. but i the amount has not been reflecting since past two months, I've been running around between bank and cred to find out where is the money gone. but unfortunately neither the bank (SBI) nor CRED is replying or resolving the issue

              Dreamplug Technologies Pvt Ltd. has deducted the amount (2296 ₹) from my Citibank Credit Card without my consent. Let me know why you have deducted that amount and do the reversal ASAP.

              The last 4 digits of my Citibank Credit card is xxxxxxxx6396.

                  Dear Sir/Madam, My Name is ALIGINTI KARUNAKAR, i am a customer of ICICI Credit card. I did one mobile recharge transaction with Rs.666 for +91-[protected]-JIO Number, at that time the transaction is Failure. (By third-party transfer Dreamplug Technologi, Bangalore) through Cred app on[protected], with serial number:[protected]. After a few days I made a call to ICICI customer care, I requested them to refund my money Rs.666, on 13th December, 2023 Rs.666 credited (Interim charges) back to my account. Again on 1st January, 2024 Rs.666 is deducted from my credit card. After that again I called customer care, to refund my money. Without a successful transaction, why are you again deducting my money from my credit card? So, Please consider my request and do the needful for me. If you do not solve this problem, I will make a complaint to the ICICI Bank Ombudsman Committee.

                    Incorrect tracking details in App

                    There was no proper update of delivery in Cred app of the above mentioned product.

                    I tried the contact us option but it has limitations options and I was unable to communicate with any Cred Representative.

                    As last option I had to check the status on Blue Dart's website. The details are mentioned...

The amount has been debited from my account having account number [protected] and having transaction/ Ref id[protected]. The recharge was not done by the Third party app that is CRED and they refused to do the refund and told me that they have raised concern to the internal team of CRED and they will solve the issue accordingly but i want the refund with the interest from 27 Nov 23 and upto the case resolve time period. I have also registered a complaint CRED help portal having Ticket no 10670137

                                  They Delayed My Credit Card Payment (Order ID WR4VVO5VJ4) Which I Made By UPI And I Was Charged Hefty Late Payment And Interest Charges Amount To Rs 9302.98 From My Bank. As Per CREDs Policy They Are Supposed To Refund All The Late And Interest Payment Charges To Me Since It's They're Fault But They Have Been Taking Me On A Ride For Months Asking For Written Statement From The Bank And What Not. Even After Providing All Proofs They Are Not Willing To Refund Me The Charges.

                                    Amount is debited from my account and its not refunded

                                    I have done payment for Bank of Baroda on Dec 3 amount of Rs 75823, 86 . Order ID : LP624JQ3NE .Here amount is debited from my account and it’s got failed, But refund is initiated and it’s not credited to my account . Please check and update soon .
