Cred — Money Debited after transaction failed | |||||
Hi. I have been using CRED to pay my credit card bills and recently they shifted all the UPI transactions to their own CRED UPI. I had to make two transactions on 23rd Nov because the first transactions did not go through - amount of INR 10000 was debited from HDFC Account but it showed transaction has failed. CRED itself acknowledged receiving the amount twice but the same transaction hasn't been received until now. As I write this today on 2nd December, I have tried to reach CRED customer care 4 times and I have been writing to them since 23rd Nov on daily basis; but all my mail and complaints are turning futile because there has been no response from their customer support team. I raised a complaint to HDFC Bank too but I am unable to understand the status of the same. Was this information helpful? | |||||
