[Resolved]  Samsung Galaxy Grand Mobile — Excess charging

I Gopal Chandra Das & my credit card no. Is = 4346 7860 0257 9000. I bought a Samsung galaxy grand mobile from Vardhman agencies at a cost of Rs.-20200/- . with 10- EMI option, by my credit card. At the time of buying merchant said this will offered, zero processing fees & zero MER EMI charge. But as per my credit card statement there has been charged , MER EMI, processing fees is Rs.-1515/- & service tax is Rs.-181/-.
So as per the telephonic discussion with customer services they said write down the statement from merchant & mail us. We will refund the above said amount. So that I have attached the merchant statement with this & request you to refund the above said excess charging amount into my account.
