[Resolved]  SBI Bank — Request for NOC on credit cards.

I had cleared the complete outstanding amount on my SBI credit card (zero balance) and raised the request for closer of credit card, issue for NOC and update the CIBIL report. And they gave me the reference numbers 39175954 and[protected].When I called SBI customer care for issue NOC, every time they are saying that, NOC will be reached to my mailing address in 1 week.
As of now I did not receive such letter or communication from their END. It became very difficult thing for me.
When I had paid complete outstanding on that credit card….. Why they are not able to provide NOC to me.
Please do the needful..

SBI Credit Card — Difficult to log in

Everytime I try to open the site sbicard.com to make payment the web page does not open. The message flashed is The Web page cannot be displayed.' All other sites open very easily. It takes so much time that its frustrating and the ritual is everymonth for online payment.
It would be better if you add more payment gateways for online payment

SBI Credit Card — Irresponsible Attitude

Hi,

I had applied for a SBI credit card on July 4th through your office on Cochin (SBI representative : Shahida; Mob# [protected]). This was against a lien on my deposit with State Bank of Travancore (Palarivattom Branch, Cochin 25). At the time of application I was promised by your representative that the card would be delivered within the next 20 days.

A month has passed now and there is still no news of my card. Your representative here is unable to even indicate a probable date by when I would get it. She has refused to answer my calls to her to ascertain the status of my card in the past few days. I had initially applied for the card to register and pay for certain examinations held in UK for which the deadline is August 7th. Receipt of the card after that date would prevent me from registering for these exams on time.

The callous and irresponsible attitude of your representative in Cochin is deplorable. I am very disappointed with the quality of the service provided by your bank and am exploring the possibility of transferring my personal balances/deposits away from the State Bank Group.

Credit Card — Credit Rating

Hi

I applied for a loan to HDFC bank and came to know that there are 2 credit cards issued in my name with a total outstanding of Rs.130000/-. This is hampering my credit rating and subsequent loan application. Please help me find out which banks these cards belong to and how do I get this cleared.

Sir, I was holding above mentioned credit card since 2005 and was using the same by shopping it and was paying regularly as per statement generated by them. There was no issue till 5th December, 2008 on that date my outstanding was nil ( no due ) according to their statement. But on that date I received one sms over my mobile no. [protected] that i have withdrawn Rs.17,000/- from ATM. I was shocked to read this sms because at that time I was holding that card in my walet and i was working in my office. So, I went to nearby Sakar-I building where I used to give me cheque every month. I was asked to talk with customer care person. So I dial the number and start to talk with person (customer care) that fellow told me to give my credit card number and no sooner did i start to give my number at the same time I receive one more sms that I have withdrawn rs.3000/- from ATM. How can it possible ? when i was giving my credit card holding it in my hand and receiving message that I have withdrawn thenafter i blocked my card and the matter went to dispute matter. They give me number SR88547809. They told me that bank will investigate the matter and report will come after 2/3 months and told me that i will have to pay minimum amount till investigation report may come. So, I pay minimum amt for 2 months. Then I ask for investigation report after 2 months. They told me that report has come in favour of the bank so i will have to pay the remaining full amount. When i ask for report they told me that they will post their report within few days. but till date i have not received any investigation report.
I know i have not withdrawn the amount and they failed to prove that i have withdrawn the amount. Now, they are torchering me to pay the amount.

So, you are requested to resolve the problem.

HSBC credit card :
I Pankaj Jain was earlier a user of HSBC card no. [protected] which i terminated in nov 2009 for which i got a confirmation letter dated 9th nov.2009 from HSBC after that i recieved a letter dated 19th nov.2009 stating my account is no longer in arrears. Reason for closing of card was non reciept of timely statements due to which late payment charges were being levied on my account. Despite repeated requests & confirmation of reversal of late payment charges, nothing of the sort was done & eventually now i am being harrassed daily to make a payment of Rs. 5700 which consists of all late payment & annual fees also. Please help me out of this i am ready to pay any amount if i have used on the card but why should i pay all late payment charges when the bank is not delivering me statements on time.

SBI Bank Credit Card — SBI Credit Card

I would like to complaint about the SBI Credit Card Services which is the worst of all time, I have applied for the Credit Card through the Branch Manager of Humayun Nagar Hyderabad Branch 2 months ago and following it up continuesly with the person/agent of issueing of Credit Card also I called many times to the SBI Branch Manager. Today I came to know from the SBI toll free number that the application is not received yet for the credit card and I needed the card badly right now.

I woe the services of SBI which is very bad and government should take a step to fire the people irresponsible towards their customers.

To prove India is a developed country not developing country one has to take bold step to fire those culprit sitting on the chairs with irresponsible attitude.

why do you want a credit card ? credit card is unsecured loan and banks have a discretion towards who should get it . you can do everything with a debit card what you can do with a credit card. if you are looking for free money from credit card then its not for you.

dear sir/ madam,
my complain already registered, today i m also contact with sbi credit card customer care their are told me that within half and hour will resolve the problem. i want to withdraw my FD which is pending since 07 Feb 12 due to non availibility NOC from sbi credit card bank, not able to withdraw my FD. their is both bank lien with same bank still their is no solution branch manager also not bale to help my issue. he want original letter by sbi credit card where as my FD registered in the same bank. but their is no communicating within the department.
