[Resolved] Sbi Card Cheating Customer In Flexi Pay (Charging 26% Instead Of 14. 5%) — Flexipay Preclosure | |||
Hi, I am using SBI credit card for past two year. I have converted my purchase of 56423 to flexipay for 24 months with 14.5% flat rate. I already paid 10 EMI and I want close the EMI. They are charging 26% per year in reducing interest instead of 14.5 % flat rate. They have charged me 9417 rupees interest for 10 month whereas total interest per year is 8181. They are really cheating customer when they foreclose the flexipay by taking more interest(28%) Please solve this issue. Was this information helpful? | |||
