[Resolved] Credit Information Bureau India [CIBIL] — Getting wrong credit card and Loan in my CIBIL | |||||
I purchased CIBIL report in june 2016 ( Control Number is [protected] ). It was alright and containing only the cards that i holds. In nov 2016 i applied for a car loan and application rejected saying my CIBIL report is Bad. So i purchased it on 15 Nov 2016 and shocked to see that it was containing 8 extra credit card and two loans. I do not hold these credit card, never applied for those credit card and same was with the two loans. I raised dispute online on the CIBIL website so they removed one Loan and one credit card and provided me the revised CIBIL report on next day. Still 7 credit cards and one loan was there for which CIBIL said " Contact the concern bank". Now i sent email to each bank and asked them for APPLICATION form and documents submitted while applying for those Loan/credit card. Because if banks blame these card/loan belongs to me then it is my right to get those application form and Documents. no bank provided me but after investigation axis bank consider their fault and assured that they have sent revised data to CIBIL. Other bank demanded more information concern to me but but no one sent me email that wrong data was sent by them to CIBIL. On 24 Nov CIBIL sent the mail from [protected]@cibil.com and for all wrong credit card/loan he said that "acount removed from your report". But still all those credit card and loan are there in my cibil report. I called the CIBIL and asked for revised CIBIL report as now they have told that wrong credit card and loans have been removed from my CIBIL account. Now CIBIL is saying that it will take up to one month to correct the report. Earlier i was in impression that all are human so mistake can be done. But now i am mentally harassed from all banks () and CIBIL. And i am in total mood of taking strict action against them. Because finally i am getting loss and their justification "it has been done mistakenly" does not suiting me, how can they mistake and showing me that they are doing any obilizing while correcting it. All are showing in a way that they do not have any responsibility. There mistake is just a silly mistake they are not bothered about my problem and my mentally condition. Their answer "inconvenience is regretted" is frustrating me now. If they have regression then ofcourse punishment should be there.
