Credit Sudhaar Services Pvt Ltd — Refund problem

I had some problems in managing my HDFC credtt card and wanted to go for settlement.So, I approached Credit Sudhaar Services Pvt Ltd.They made false promises that they can provide me a better quote for settlement(HDFC bank already provided me a quote) from HDFC Bank as they have expertise in their team who will talk on my behalf to HDFC Bank.But they did not help and stopped answering my calls even, after I have done the payment.Either they will not reply or make false promise that they will call back but they never called back.I have chased them for almost two months but no response from their end. I have phone recordings and mails too which I have sent them.If needed, can share the same.Kindly help me.
