CreditMantri — payment for credit card received by creditmantri not confirmed by sbi credit card bank | |||||
I, dr jyoti verma, had made payment through credit mantri to the sbi credit card for the negative accounts claimed by them. But the amount of 17979 paid on 7th september 2018 did not reached to sbi credit card and bank is denying of any such activity allowed to the credit mantri. How could they claim and where is my money gone. I had made payment through the email details they send to me by debit card They called me repeatedly till i made payment. I have details of the mode of payment and mail of their accepting of the payment also. They are asking me to wait for 30-60days as update in bank takes time. But sbi credit card customer care has told me there is no negative issues and it is completely closed. Please help me to refund my money back.
