Crocs India — Complaint Regarding Repeated Quality Issues

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding a pair of Crocs LiteRide I purchased from your Ambattur, Chennai showroom on February 14, 2024 (invoice attached). Unfortunately, I have been facing recurring quality issues with this product.

In January 2025, I noticed a defect and visited your showroom for resolution. While the staff addressed the issue, it took around 10 days for the repair. Disappointingly, the same defect has occurred again within a short span.

Given that the product cost ₹6, 400 and has not even lasted a year, I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality—especially when compared to other footwear brands in the same price range.

In light of the repeated issues, I kindly request that the product be replaced at the earliest.

Please find attached the invoice and images of the defective item for your reference. I look forward to a prompt and positive resolution.
