Crocs India — Scratches on my crocs

Hi,
I would like to submit a complaint regarding my favourite pair of crocs sandals.
I had bought this pair of lavender crocs high sandals and within five days i got scratches on it and even without me rough using it. So now i had to keep it aside because it doesn’t look nice to wear them. Kindly do anything about this issue cause i heard from so many about these scratches on their crocs and not able to wear them again.
This crocs was my favourite ones and it is mot feasible to replace by myself.
