Crocs India — Urgent Refund Request for Order ID:[protected]

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding my pending refund for Order ID:[protected], placed on June 5, 2025, for an amount of ₹3, 597.

I initiated a cancellation due to dissatisfaction with the product color, and the reverse pickup was successfully completed on June 13, 2025. I received confirmation via email that the return was received and that the refund process had been initiated. I was informed that the refund would be processed within 20 days.

However, it has now been over 60 days, and I have yet to receive the refund. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have only received repeated assurances and apologies, with no actual resolution. This delay is unacceptable and has caused considerable inconvenience.

over their site they mentioned completed the request that is completely wrong status. they closed ticket with wrong status.

I request immediate action to process my refund on crocs team. I am hoping to get it resolve with your help and support.
