Croma — ac installation delayed and no expected timeline offered to customer | |
Very sorry to share the worst experience with croma, i don't knw why but i am not at all satisfied with your client communication process. I have bought the ac from store on sunday 14 june. Here are few things which i want to escalate: 1) no confirmations on billing and installation time and warranty vouchers over the email. A client keep wondering about those things as there is no single email or sms stating these commitments from croma side. 2) installation service is super slow as compared to amazon and flipkart. When a person opts to buy from your store he definitely looks forward to fast service, its been 4 days and not a single call or sms about the technician visit. 3) i have really not bought ac to kept it in my home.. I[censored] can deliver next day why then take so much time for installation, what is the use of ac sitting idle at my home. It definitely doesn't solve my purpose of next day delivery.
