[Resolved] Croma — acer a315-56 aspire laptop webcam not working | |||
Brought laptop on 28/08/20. The camera of laptop darkens during online Sessions. I had taken laptop to store on 31/08/20. Spent half a day in Croma fort store (Wifi is very slow) as technician felt its a software issue and upgraded software and also a new camera software was installed on laptop. This issue still persists. I asked for replacement. I was adviced to raise online complain. I also did so. Also acer product registration not working Need replacement of product. Last two weeks croma is only telling two things: 07/09/20 1. We will get back to you in 48hrs 2. We need to walk into any croma store or contact brand customer support Both of this is not workable.
