I am writing to raise a concern regarding my pending service request for the repair of my Aquaguard Blaze. I had registered a complaint earlier under Ticket Number:[protected], but unfortunately, no technician has visited my home yet.

Every time I contact Croma Support, I am informed that the issue will be escalated, but no actual action has been taken. This delay is causing a lot of inconvenience, and I am extremely disappointed with the service experience.
