[Resolved]  Croma — Damaged Refrigerator delivered on 11 Mar 2026

I ordered the refrigerator (Order number - "EC[protected]") from Croma website.

Product has a dent on the front side. Delivery guys have dropped it while offloading from the vehicle on 11-Mar-2026. When the installation guy came on 12-Mar-2026, he showed us the dent on the side of the front door.

I am attaching images and video for your reference. I had registered tickets with Croma support and they said someone will call me in 24 hours. When I reached out to social media, they called me and asked me to send images over an email. I already shared images and video on 12-March-2026. I am attaching it here as well. Please send an immediate refund to me or send me a new unit without any damage as a replacement.
