[Resolved] Croma — LED TV repair under warranty no response from Croma for past one week

We purchased the LED TV 14/12/2024 with paid additional extended warranty

LED TV repaired on 19/01/2026 and informed croma till date no response from Croma.

When we contacted the store Manager, he told that near service center got closed we are arranging the technician shortly and it will take another 3 days
we tried reaching customer service they told wait for 1 days for update

we requested for the replacement with store manager he is threatening us do what ever you want and wait for the technician.

We need the immediate resolution
