Dear Sir / Madam, I bough a Bajaj Geyser on 15th Nov. I was told that the service is inclusive of the price. On 18th Nov, 2 people came to my place for the installation and open the box, when they looked at the bathroom, i was told that your site is not ready and it has to have the tabs. I told them that i have the Tabs but they denied the installation that this is not their job and you need to call a plumber. They didn't installed the Geyser.
