[Resolved] Croma — Bluetooth speakers doesn't work | |||
I have purchased Zook Bluetooth speaker @hyderabad Croma when I came to my room and check that device it was not working there is no AUX mode input pin I asked to that store but they said here we cannot do anything there is no serviced apartment here so u can go and ask any other outlet in chennai so today I went to Croma and asked for the replacement but they said u can ask only in that particular store where I actually purchased what is happening here they even don't service under warranty they said service charge is applicable for this problem then y u guys mentioned one year warranty really worst experience.. But that's not physical damage I bought it just a week back once I open the box there is no pin inside this is way u cheating customers go to hell u guys chroma worst retailer
It's a brand new one I didn't even use it.. Once I open the box it was damaged then how could u guys telling it's a physical damage yaar and also chargeable basis I bought it for 2500₹ now service charge 500₹ this is your mistake yaar u have given me a damaged product and asked me to pay for that service goddamn uffff... It's been 20days still I cannot use the device and this is the first time I purchased from ur store very worst bad experience
