[Resolved] Croma — Case of fraud, software piracy, data risk theft by croma retail.

I (navneet kishore) bought sony laptop sve14a25cn/b from croma retail on 09 april 2013 for rs. 57, 000. also i bought 2yr new ewty-laptop 40k - 60k warranty service for rs 3, 699. this warranty service is offered by croma retail and as per this service all hardware & software issues will resolved by croma within period 9 april 2013 to 9 april 2015 until it is not brokage or water spillover issue. my idea behind in buying this warranty service from croma is to secure my laptop from hardware & software issues for two years. croma retail did fraud to me. they didn’t repaired my laptop as per service agreement for which i had already paid them. they made laptop more worse & corrupt by installing fake windows, ruining usb ports & by not resolving any issues at all. croma retail & f1 info solution & servies violated customer service agreement, promoted software piracy thereby putting personal data at risk to theft.
