Croma — Complaint about non delivery of product nor reimbursement of money paid | |||
Dear Manager CROMA, Greetings. I would like to bring to your kind attention that I bought a Hitachi fridge vide Invoice No. SLA[protected] dated 24 October 2020. The product was not available for delivery still the salesperson accepted the order but there was nothing to supply. The state of affairs at the moment is this that nor the South Extension outlet of CROMA is delivering the product nor they are reimbursing the money paid by me. Before I move to the court I thought of checking up with the Senior Management of the CROMA if they would like to intervene and help me out. With regards, Capt.
