I have purchased IPHONE 12 on 13th june from the website. The reason to purchase from your site was the trust in TATA and the present Pandemic situation. Before buying such an expensive product i asked for call back from the nearest store Sarjapur to guide me thru the process, which i got the next day and he([protected]) helped me out with the step by step procedure to buy the product. I have selected for the 6months no cost EMI option from HDFC bank which entitles me for 6000 cash back as well. The amount debited was 68, 990/- which i checked the person online and he said it will get converted to EMI automatically. It was to my surprise to see the full amount being reflected in my next credit card statement. I raised my concern to the customer care (SR[protected]) well as to the Sarjapur Store(Mr.Girja) and it was said it will get converted within few days. Yesterday i got a call from customer care saying it cannot be converted as the mode of payment is showing as credit card and told me to visit the sore as they can only help. I dont know what happened i have selected the option of No cost 6months EMI with cash back of 6000/-. I am not going anywhere out during this pandemic time but i was forced to go the store to resolve this issue which should not be the case. I visited the store and have raised my concerns with the store manager Mr.Venkatesh and Mr.Girja. He has checked and raised the concerns to the team and as per him also the amount shown is zero which means that its an EMI transaction but dont know why its not converted. I dont understand what went wrong but i want to get my funds reversed and EMI option with cashback as i selected. I hope this is escalated by your team to resolve same.
