Unfortunately I had purchased Croma Mobile Phone CRCB2243 from your Juhu Store on[protected] and before one year I had faced many problems in that piece and lastly I had given for repair of Sound Disabled and on/off button not working on[protected] and for that Nobody is neither replying properly for my Mobile phone given for repair nor giving any feedback. And I came to know that they had sent my mobile phone to Pune for repairing. I want to ask if they have Mumbai base and many stores in Mumbai itself and they have repair centre at Pune ? Either they are giving wrong information or they had just kept my Mobile for experimenting so that they can prolong days to complete one year of warrany. Was this information helpful? | |||
